At Multi Cosmetic, our priority is your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns and refunds for products purchased on our website, operated by a company registered in Egypt since 2025.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics, skincare, hair care, personal care, and perfumes), we can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged or defective.
The product received is incorrect (not the item you ordered).
The item is unopened, unused, and its original seal is intact. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or have a broken hygiene seal.
2. Return Time Frame You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Any requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
3. Return Process To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and a photo or video of the product if it is damaged or incorrect.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps for shipping the item back to us.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
For Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment or provided as store credit.
For Exchanges: If the item is eligible for an exchange, we will ship the correct or replacement item to you as soon as the returned product is verified.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees for returning a defective or incorrect item will be covered by Multi Cosmetic. However, if the return is for a reason not covered by this policy, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items Please note that all sales of products with a broken hygiene seal, or any item that has been used, are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
